Sponsor Intake Brief

A structured first email for sponsors and advertisers so product fit, placement, disclosure, claim support, and timing are clear before any paid conversation starts.

Use this before asking about rates

The intake brief makes sponsor review concrete. It does not approve a campaign, quote public rates, collect payment, reserve inventory, guarantee placement, or promise traffic, clicks, impressions, rankings, AdSense approval, or revenue.

A useful sponsor inquiry should make the product, audience, placement, timing, disclosure requirements, and claim support visible enough to decide whether a paid placement can be reviewed at all.

Status. Manual-review sponsor intake page; not a form backend, checkout, rate card, or contract.

Pre-read. Review the audience snapshot, sponsor-fit checklist, placement guide, quote factors, reporting guide, creative specs, review timeline, and package guide first.

Email. Sponsor brief replies go to luketrodriguez1@gmail.com.

  • Preferred placement: companion article note, resource listing, media-kit conversation, future video read, or unsure

How sponsor fit is reviewed

These signals help advertisers understand why some pitches can move toward review while others need clarification or should be rejected.

Sponsor standards

Likely fit

The product helps creators, publishers, researchers, educators, or privacy-conscious readers and can be explained honestly with clear disclosure.

Needs review

The product may fit, but the claim support, placement type, disclosure wording, audience match, or timing needs clarification before scope or pricing.

Reject early

Hidden endorsements, artificial traffic requests, invalid ad activity, unsupported claims, or guaranteed outcome language should be declined before pricing.
